The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Management Framework (AMF), including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The role is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches, and identifies and supports existing initiatives.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDENegotiate, manage and monitor a diverse range of service agreements for funded organisations as required, against program and service targets, key performance indicators and benchmarks and support organisations to understand reporting requirements and tools to interpret performance data.Be responsible for and lead allocated portfolios, and/or special or complex projects and service development initiatives and provide cross-divisional and branch advice as required.Conduct CSO liaison and/or visits to support performance monitoring, implementation of service development initiatives and capacity-building.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.
