We are dedicated to creating a safe and empowering environment for young people, aligning their needs with care plan objectives. What We're Looking For: Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping youth.Drive, reliability, and honesty are key qualities we value.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, last-minute call-ins, and sleepovers.Experience working with children and young people with complex and challenging behaviours is a plus, but not essential - we provide training!Willingness to travel to Ipswich, Brisbane, and Moreton Bay/North Brisbane regions.Passion for working with children and young people with challenging behaviours, particularly teens.Team players who follow policies and contribute to developing new ideas.
