About the Role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre, with a focus on high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders. As a central figure in the office, this role supports both leaders and management by coordinating administrative tasks including maintaining office supplies, raising purchase orders, facilitating freight bookings for donors, liaising with suppliers, data entry, participating in annual stocktakes, document filing, as well as assisting with other projects as needed.
What You Will Bring
1. Demonstrated experience in office administration and reception.
2. Proven customer service experience in retail or a similar field.
3. Strong understanding and confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
4. Professional email and document writing skills.
5. Ability to take initiative and self-manage, knowing when to escalate a situation or seek advice.
6. Experience using Microsoft D365 for Finance, or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
7. Experience with freight bookings and freight booking systems (preferred).
8. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and barcode database management systems (not essential).
Please note - A current unrestricted driver’s licence is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Further Information
This role is covered by the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2010 - Level 3. Salary from $52,443.04 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
