ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a looking for a highly creative and innovative person to join our Marketing Creative team as a Senior Graphic Designer on a contract to cover peak (ending 31st Jan 2025). You will help lead and deliver amazing Marketing assets, both Digital and Print, that we love and which reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way!
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions. You will be able to help inspire, develop and lead a team of Junior and Mid Designers to design graphics and digital prints that align with our brand DNA. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. A passion for creating innovative designs
2. High level experience with creating Marketing graphics, digital and print focus
3. The ability to mentor, lead a team whilst helping developing their experience
4. Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant field
5. Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
6. Lead and create deadlines and time estimates for the team
7. Ability to problem solve, take initiative and deliver on expectations
