The Essentials
* Currently AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration.
* At least 5 years' experience in a leadership position in aged or healthcare.
* Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Strong business acumen including financial management, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot.
* An understanding of the principles of person-centred care and continuous improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
