About the client:
Our client provides a comprehensive assessment, treatment, and assertive outreach support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will contribute to a holistic, client-centred model of care, integrating with regional health teams to ensure timely and appropriate care, including inpatient support when necessary.
Role Overview:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting clients with mild, moderate, and severe mental health needs to ensure they are well supported in the community through a comprehensive model of primary health and mental health care, ensuring clients receive the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct culturally sensitive and thorough assessments of clients.
* Provide treatment and intensive case management support.
* Engage in assertive outreach to address emerging mental health needs.
* Apply your advanced specialist knowledge and clinical expertise in mental health assessments and decision making.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse with AHPRA registration or
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration or
* Bachelor of Social Work with AASW registration or
* Bachelor of Counselling with PACFA or ACA registration.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
* Current C-Class Driver's License.
* Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

* Strathpine, Morayfield, Deception Bay, Margate.
