Key Responsibilities: Coordinate campaign creative including SEM, Facebook ads, dynamic banner ads, microsites and landing pages Improve advertising efficiency by AB testing, tagging & tracking creative Improve user experience and conversion rates on web pages by testing content and design Report on ROI and key success metrics Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, keeping track of testing methodology and performance metrics About You: Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Analytical skills Demonstrated experience in a similar role (at least two years) Result oriented with proven experience in attracting leads Analytical, and able to use data-driven insights to guide decisions and strategies Proficient with WordPress and Google Analytics A team player - strong in collaboration but able to work autonomously Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 + Super Job Type: Full-time Pay: $87,500.00 – $107,500.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
