Snooze Management, based in Canterbury is currently seeking a detail-focused, self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator to support our customers with any phone or email approaches.
Reporting to Consumer Guarantee's & Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include;
* Respond to online and telephone Customer Contacts with Snooze
* Use of internal system Zendesk to communicate with potential and existing customers who contact Snooze via our website
* Respond to phone calls that are received on the 1800 customer service number
* Liaise with the manager for any clarification or assistance that may be required
* Liaise with other teams within the Support Centre and Stores as may be required
* Comply with all legislation regarding Consumer Law; supported by the completion of training modules on SCOPE, our e-learning platform
* Keep up to date with information and notices circulated by various Support Centre teams, which are made available on SCOPE, our e-learning platform
* Ad hoc duties as required
You will have previous experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of retail operations and customer service. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be task-focused.
