Duties include:
* Manage a large number of bookings and catering.
* Plan menus and price menu items.
* Cook and prepare entrees, mains, desserts, and other menu items.
* Follow food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintain hygiene.
* Train kitchen staff.
* Communicate with management on profit margins, estimate food labor costs, and negotiate supply orders.
* Check the quality of food items and conduct stocktakes.
Must have 2 years of work experience and a relevant qualification in commercial cookery or hospitality management.
