In this role, you will be interacting directly with the two principals. You will be part of a harmonious team where everyone shares common goals, and you nurture and grow a book of business where new business client enquiries are provided. The Role As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include: Converting incoming new business enquiries from prospective clients via our sales process. Managing renewal workflows and compliance obligations. Working alongside the principals to manage our small to medium business accounts offering timely and effective advice alongside fit-for-purpose insurance products. Providing comprehensive and adept advice on business pack, public liability, plant and heavy motor policies. Contributing positively to a respectful and inclusive team environment, demonstrating a willingness to both learn from and mentor colleagues. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will be a tier 1 qualified insurance broker with at least 5+ years insurance broking experience who: Can manage client relationships and build rapport with any type of client personality. Has a happy positive thinking personality with the ability to educate and build relationships with internal and external clients. Has a strong technical understanding of insurance policies (certainly business pack, public liability, plant and heavy motor policies). Ideally has claims handling experience at some point.
