Your Role
As an Associate Project Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth, you will play a key role in managing a range of multidisciplinary projects across departments and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple projects valued up to $30,000 through all stages of the project lifecycle
* Preparing and maintaining up-to-date documentation for audits and reviews
* Coordinating project deliverables, quality reviews, and completion signoffs
* Leading compliance and permitting processes via the Rapid Global System
* Engaging with diverse stakeholders and providing project updates and presentations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint, and medium proficiency with MS Project
* Experience in project management or administration in building or facility management industries
* Knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and project cost/time estimation
This role requires a National Police Check and compliance with WA Health vaccination requirements.
