In this role, you will be supporting the sales team to achieve revenue budget. The position involves a mix of administrative duties, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Day to day you will:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM task management, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales materials. Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports, track order trends, and assist in preparing quotes and pricing documents.Manage effective use of the sales funnel to ensure contacts and leads are nurtured through to sales and advocacy. Facilitate call cycle for BDMs to maximise repeat purchases with trade customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers through providing exceptional service and support. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or on-line platforms. You will bring to our team:Being ambitious, confident and resilient, you will take accountability for nurturing your leads, building our pipelines and exceeding your targets month on month.Minimum three years' experience in a similar support role, with previous experience in supporting a sales team (desirable). Residentual construction industry experience would be beneficial.Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Experience using a CRM (Hubspot a distinct advantage).Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability.
