Vice President of Sales-Banking & Financial ServicesOn behalf of our client, a leading global business transformation and services firm, we are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to drive growth in the Banking and Financial Services sector across Australia.This is a sales-focused role, ideal for a candidate with a strong track record in selling business transformation solutions within the Banking & Financial services sector.
The right individual will have a strong track record of engaging C-level stakeholders and securing long-term client partnerships.
This is a Permanent, fulltime role based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to win new clients and expand offerings within Banking & Financial services sector.Drive revenue, ACV, and TCV through business development and strategic deal closures.Lead end-to-end sales processes, from proposal development to negotiation and closure of strategic IT transformation deals.Drive business growth by developing and managing a high-value sales pipeline, identifying and originating new opportunities.Strengthen Brand Presence and represent the client in key industry forums and deliver industry and technical thought leadership.Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions and become a trusted advisor for long-term growth conversations.Collaborate Internally with solution, marketing, and delivery teams on proposals and RFPs.Identify and drive opportunities to expand and scale large-scale transformational programs across clients.About You:At least 10 years of sales experience within Banking & Financial Services sector in Australia.Proven success in selling business transformation, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, AI solutions.Proven track record of successful IT solution sales and business development in a regional or global consulting firm.Expertise in complex deal structuring across global delivery models.Proven experience in winning new business and expanding market presence with a strong network of decision-makers in the Banking & Financial services sector.Proven experience in driving outbound sales and lead generation.Consultative Sales approach and strong track record of engaging, influencing, and selling to C-level stakeholders.Expertise in contract development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure.Willingness to travel as required.If you're an ambitious sales leader with deep expertise in selling IT solutions within the Banking and Financial Services sector, we'd love to hear from you!
