This is a parental leave coverage contract for 9 months.
Working in the Bayer CropScience Residues Laboratory, you will be based at our Eight Miles Plains site.
The ideal candidate will be available for 3 full days per week (22.8 hours) although we are flexible on the specific days of the week you will complete your hours.
With flexible start and finish times, this role will allow you to use your previous QA experience, whilst also providing work life balance.Do something that moves you.You will be responsible for maintaining our Australian Residue Good Laboratory practice QA system and GLP Quality manual.Ensuring studies conducted are OECD GLP compliant and to an acceptable standard for submission to the APVMA.In conjunction with management you will develop GLP facility audit schedules.Undertake a variety of audits covering process, study plans, raw data, reporting outcomes, equipment and facility compliance audits.Work with key stakeholders to ensure NATA audit requirements are completed, and we continue to hold GLP recognition.Keep abreast of changing GLP compliance requirements and ensure changes are implemented, along with providing training to team members working on GLP studies.Provide support for purchasing consumables and administration support as required.Does this sound like you?A degree from a Scientific or Agricultural discipline would be highly beneficial.Previous experience working with QA systems and conducting audits is essential.Demonstrable understanding of Occupational Health and Safety issues within a laboratory environment.Capability to engage with a variety of colleagues.A methodical approach to completing work to meet set deadlines.Ability to write clear and concise reports.Be willing to undertake pre-employment medical and background checks.Be You @ BayerWe are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
