Experienced talent acquisition partner required for a collaborative team based South of the River
Our client is on the precipice of an enormous recruitment campaign which has created an outstanding opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition partner to join their team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a white collar portfolio.
Duties will include:
* Liaison with Hiring Managers to design and develop position descriptions and manage the overall process
* Proactive sourcing of applicants through the use of effective advertising via all social media and online platforms
* Effective database management of applications
* Prescreening and shortlisting
* Face to face and online interviewing
* Management of the offer and onboarding process
* Supporting the mobilisation teams
* Proactive talent pipelining
* Coaching and development of hiring managers
This position will manage a white collar portfolio and, as such, we are seeking the expertise of an experienced talent acquisition partner with experience of recruiting for corporate and white collar technical positions who has the ability to engage and build successful internal and external relationships through effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of organisation. This is a permanent position and, therefore, you must hold full working rights for Australia. Based south of the River, a car for accessibility is essential, and the role will be an office-based position.

Remuneration offered will be between $95-100K + superannuation + additional benefits.
