Job Description
The Financial Advisor Assistant provides support to both the Advisor and Branch Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, product offerings, and industry updates. Additionally, the role encompasses essential administrative tasks, including accurate client data entry and the processing of account opening and wealth management forms.
This role provides valuable experience and training, designed to prepare you for a career as a Financial Advisor.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree, ideally in a field like Business (Finance), Accounting, or Financial Planning, or a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning
* Experience with XPLAN, and/or BT, HUB24, Netwealth (preferred)
* A keen interest in the stock market and investing
* Some experience in financial advice, planning, or stock markets
* Self-motivated and deadline-driven
* Patience and a desire to learn and develop
