Based at our Ballarat Support Office you will work with the team to drive the Pestock Culture, celebrating achievements & events along with providing exceptional Administrative support to the team.
The opportunity...
1. Support the Payroll team to coordinator end to end weekly payroll across Australia & New Zealand
2. Set-up & maintenance of employee payroll profiles
3. Respond to payroll enquiries
4. Provide payroll reports as required
5. Assist with data entry, and general employee maintenance tasks such as new hires, change of roles etc.
6. Actively follow and comply with all policies and procedures.
7. Provide administration support to PETstock Global Support Office in Ballarat including – guest coordination, meeting room booking management, monitoring & ordering office supplies, office event set-up & coordination,
8. Coordinate and assist with social club events & support day to day social club operations / tasks
9. Provide assistance to stores regarding the use of Time Target
About you and what you will bring...
10. Experience using Microsoft office suites
11. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
12. Shows initiative, thinks through problems, and contacts the correct stakeholders to find a solution.
13. Positive and can-do attitude
