The role: As our new Change Management Specialist, you will advise the Claims & Assessing Leadership team on delivering people-focused change activities to successfully embed strategic initiatives across the Claims & Assessing (C&A) division. You will: Build change delivery plans for strategic initiatives across C&A Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness and deliver effective change including improved claims controls and measurable business benefits Lead & support the creation of systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of changes Employ the agreed Change Management framework and toolkit to develop practical deliverables with a focus on the adoption and embedding of changes Work collaboratively in diverse teams to help improve change capability and enable leaders to embrace change and lead change in their teams Manage stakeholder expectations considering business disruption, speed of adoption, anticipated resistance, business as usual workloads, and applying our business values Address any potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specifics plans to mitigate or address concerns Communicate with the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and support the relationship with other group-wide specialists What experience you’ll bring: Strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving with confidence in decision-making ability and excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities collaboratively across departments for best business outcomes Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change management or people-related field, desirable Understanding of the factors that influence the claims cost, effectiveness and service delivery, desirable Experience in managing external suppliers an advantage Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation with excellent communication skills Our perks: Location : North Lakes - Save the long commute to Brisbane and work for a growing company close to home and within walking distance to some of the north side’s best retail outlets, restaurants and other amenities.
