About You
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and coachable Account Executive, seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of being proactive and creative to achieve goals. Strong ability to establish and drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings within the Australia & New Zealand region.
What will you do?
1. Work cross-functionally to attract and sign new customers to drive Hibob’s growth
2. Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing
3. Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities across the ANZ region
4. Prepare and present product demonstrations
5. Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
6. Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
7. Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
8. Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
9. Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners
Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
10. SaaS sales experience ( minimum 4 years ) Inbound & Outbound - is a MUST!
11. You must be a hunter and a closer!
12. Experience with HR-tech environment
13. Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
14. Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
15. Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
16. Adaptability to new initiatives
17. A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously
18. Any additional language - is an advantage!
Nice to haves
19. Experience working with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello
20. Strong interest in the technology sector
