Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as the CRM Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all CRM related activities for the organisation, A key focus for this position is to also analyse customer data from various sources and working with our Dynamics 365 CRM to build exciting and engaging digital marketing campaigns for our customers to drive further revenue across the Komatsu business.
This role will partner closely with our sales teams to provide reporting on key metrics around campaign data and how conversions to leads are tracked.
Key responsibilities are:
* Being the D365 CRM Champion to ensure data accuracy, security, policies and access is monitored and maintained.
* Review system issues and change requests raised by CRM users and co-ordinating appropriate actions and resources required to address them
* Responsible for documenting and maintaining business processes and workflows, producing process maps and self-help materials Monitor, validate, and report on all data entries in CRM identifying gaps and opportunities to improve.
* Build customer profiles to identify target markets to drive personalised marketing campaigns based on customer behaviour and preferences
* Analyses data, trends and usage to proactively recommend and execute system and process enhancements.
* Conduct and disseminate regular reports to business stakeholder to aid in monitoring usage and maintaining integrity of data.
* Work with the National Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and EDM’s and provide adequate reporting and analysis on EDM performances with insights.
* Manage and report on key metrics (i.e lead generation, click-through rates, conversion rates) and analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and use insights to inform and improve future campaign designs.

What we are looking for:
* 5 + years of experience in a Marketing, Digital, CRM Analyst or similar position.
* Must have strong experience working with a CRM System – Dynamics 365 CRM preferred
* Must have strong experience in analysing CRM data and building targeted marketing campaigns
* Sound knowledge of report creation – Power BI preferred
* Strong skills with Excel, Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Proven track record of solutions designing and being able to work autonomously
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven time management with high attention to detail
* Strong customer centric approach with strong business partnership skills
