Work location: All work is required to be completed from our Tullamarine (VIC, Australia) office. Some work from home possibilities after probation period has passed.

Your day-to-day:
1. Administer MDs diary;
2. Attend to personal family accounting, insurance, legal and investment matters;
3. Attend to ad-hoc tasks;
4. Facilitate project advancement;
5. Administer decisions from meetings;
6. Organise Managing Director email inbox;
7. Improve EA role documentation.
Working hours: Nominally 7.6 hours each weekday, 0830 start time. Some flexibility may be required.
Required skills and experience: Advanced computer skills; advanced numeracy and literacy skills. Proficient with Microsoft O365 products. At least 10 years professional work as an Executive Assistant.
Favourable skills and experience: Paid years working in logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production industries. Tertiary qualification.
Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of $120k, plus Superannuation. (Level 8 in the Live Performance Award)
