One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic fast paced team. You will be responsible for maintaining and configuring Service Cloud as well as Digital Experience Applications. You will also assist with Level 2 support queues and investigating support requests. The role can be based from Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements also available. The successful Salesforce Administrator will be offered a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option.
The successful Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Maintaining Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience Applications
* Performing interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues
* Undertaking data analysis, data loading and reportingLighting experience which includes creating and assigning Lighting pages
The successful Salesforce Administrator will have experience in the following:
* 1-2 years experience within Salesforce eco-system
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user friendly explanations and solutions
* Hands on experience with version control and Metadata deployments
* Experience designing, building and debugging scheduled flows
