Salary: Public Health EBA - Level 2+ Enrolled Nurse
Daylesford Aged Care is a 30 bed aged care facility situated within the township of Daylesford and colocated within the Daylesford Hospital.
We are an Age Friendly Health Service delivering care for older people, their families and carers with an aim to reduce harm and improve quality of life.
You will work closely with a team of Nurses and Carers and the Nurse Unit Manager, providing direct and indirect care ensuring we provide Best care every time for our residents.
The Enrolled Nurse is an integral member of our multidiscipliniary team who works to acheive the highest standards of evidence based care ensuring positive treatments outcomes that are closely aligned with what matters to each individual. In this role you will contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment and planning of residents care and assume accountability and responsibility for your own practice based on your level of education and experience.
