Technical Test Analyst | IAM or Cybersecurity Testing Based Sunshine Coast or Brisbane | Hybrid WFH / Office role $100K-120K super | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Immediate Start As the meticulous and detail-oriented Test Analyst you will be joining an estabilshed Identity Access Management (IAM) project team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our IAM systems through rigorous testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Test Execution: Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of IAM systems to identify defects and ensure system functionality. Test Data Management : Identifying, creating, managing and analysing datasets for all test cases. Ensure data is relevant, representative of test cases and create test data to ensure it meets use cases and requirements. Defect Management: Log, track, and manage defects using appropriate tools, and work with developers to resolve issues. Automation: Implement and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Collaboration: Work closely with IAM specialists, developers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure thorough testing. Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports and documentation to communicate test results, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the testing process. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in software testing, preferably within the context of IAM or cybersecurity. Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks and familiarity with scripting languages Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and document defects accurately. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present test results clearly and concisely.
