This role is based at our Bradshaw property, close to the township of Timbercreek, NT. This is an extremely busy work-stay site offering accommodation and food & beverage.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at a remote location in Bradshaw.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for a team of 120 workers, alternating between dinner and breakfast services on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Darwin.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality meals that nourish and delight our guests.
* Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures, and safe food handling practices.
* Manage dietary requirements (allergies, special requests).
* Order, rotate, and conduct stocktakes.
* Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous Chef experience and cooking in a similar environment.
* Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in electronic purchase ordering and cost management.
* Proven experience in planning and developing menus.
* A proven ability to work within a team and autonomously.
* Ability to prep and organise ahead.
* Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable).
* HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene.

Requirements
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
