This role requires a solid foundation in project management and administration within an ICT setting, coupled with an understanding of ICT infrastructure and the diverse services provided by the Division. The ability to effectively manage time, coordinate tasks, and engage stakeholders is paramount to thriving in this position.The key duties of the position include:Responsibilities of the APS Level 6 may include:ICT project management, administration and reporting in SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow.Assistance in providing project secretariat support and coordination for a range of high-level committees.Developing costings for ICT projects.Monitoring and reporting, including financial reporting for projects.Managing moderate/high complexity ICT projects.Preparing draft papers for committees, briefs, presentations, other ad hoc reports and papers as required.Please note, under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999, employees must be Australian citizens to be employed in the APS unless the Agency delegate has agreed, in writing. This is a designated security assessed position.
