About the Role
As an experienced Site Project Coordinator, you will manage projects in various locations in NSW with responsibilities for site activities, coordinating staff and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of pump, pipe, water and civil infrastructure. You will work closely with clients and the internal team, maintaining a high standard of site safety and on-time project delivery. In addition, you will be required to forward plan and maintain workflow and labour utilisation, foresee any upcoming issues and take the required action to remedy a situation, and operate civil plant and equipment. This is a highly visible site role where you will get your hands dirty and be expected to work across the entire project scope.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to a work scope
* Oversee the installation and maintenance of pump and water infrastructure builds
* Operate civil plant and equipment
* Maintain an orderly and safe working environment
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
* Prepare and submit project performance reports
* Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in site project coordination for industrial and civil applications
* An understanding of pumps, piping or civil infrastructure would be advantageous
* Experience with operating civil plant and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and forward plan
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Civil engineering or relevant technical civil background is preferred
* Valid driver’s licence
