We act for humanity.About the roleRed Cross Emergency Services assists people and communities before, during, and after emergencies. The team’s work supports communities, groups, and individuals to prepare for emergencies as well as assisting with response and disaster recovery.In this position, you will manage the delivery of our vital external delivery of Red Cross programs, ensuring they are efficient, impactful, and meet the needs of the communities we serve. You’ll play a central part in managing service quality, coordinating program delivery, and supporting a diverse team of staff and volunteers across multiple locations, while monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program activities to measure impact. You will analyze data on service outcomes and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and external partners to ensure transparency and accountability.Your leadership skills will be crucial in supporting a geographically diverse team of volunteers and staff members, cultivating a motivated and high-performing workforce dedicated to our mission.
