Key Responsibilities
* Commercial construction contract administration experience (2-5+ years)
* Working knowledge and experience with construction-specific programs such as Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, and Jonas Premier
* Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, or trade qualifications with experience in a CA position
* Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and build long-term relationships
* Oversee cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting
* Evaluate and ensure all contractual documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets legal and regulatory standards
* Assist in resolving any contractual disputes or issues that arise
