Social Housing Delivery's role is to develop and manage policies and strategies, design and develop programs, initiatives and pathways, through sector engagement and robust procurement strategies and drive micro economic reform and development of the housing assistance sector. What you will be doing:- Manage the administrative functions associated with the office including managing the corporate card, email, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs and other documents through the provision of high quality confidential secretarial support.- Proactively manage and coordinate electronic diary, including the preparation and organisation of meetings, conference, seminars, accommodation, and travel arrangements.- Assist the office with project work as required and providing high quality advice to staff at all levels on procedures and administrative standards.- Working with the Executive Officer to provide high quality executive support.- Liaise and build strong relationships with officers at all levels within the department, and other public and private sector organisations in relation to the Office of the General Manager activities.- Screen and interpret telephone calls and redirecting enquiries to appropriate areas.- Work effectively as a member of a team to support and deliver projects and tasks, including providing project management and administrative support.
