In this crucial role, you will provide clinical services to individuals aged 12-25 and their families, addressing moderate mental health problems and disorders.

About You
8. You have degree qualification/s and AHPRA registered in either Nursing or Psychology or Occupational Therapy, or Degree qualification in either Social Work or Social Science. AND a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
9. You have Postgraduate experience working within a within a Mental Health or Child and Adolescent Mental Health service.
10. Experience working within a crisis intervention model of care.
11. Demonstrated knowledge of, and sensitivity to, the mental health needs of young people (12-25 years) and their families.

Where You'll Be Working
The Youth Complex worker will liaise closely with mental health professionals from headspace, CYPMH, Adult Mental Health Services, co-located partners and other relevant services to determine the appropriate clinical pathway or referral for young people who access headspace Gosford and Lake Haven services.
The Youth Complex Worker will work from the headspace Gosford and Lake Havens sites; other centre locations as required and in an outreach capacity.
