Job Title: Help Desk Officer
WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking suitably experienced and enthusiastic professionals to provide first-point-of-contact technology and communications support and advice to clients using the WACHS corporate information systems, computing, and telecommunications equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and advice to clients on various technologies and systems
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
* A valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency/visa for indefinite stay
* Eligibility to apply for a WA Health position of trust and responsibility
* Completion of satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA)
