Job Description
As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team who are passionate about providing supports to NDIS participants living in Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounding areas. In this role you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team while:
* Delivering much needed speech pathology services to help participants get more out of life!
* Visiting participants within the community including their home, school, work and residential facilities
* Using clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals
* Participating in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
* Collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Current membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist
* An interest in working with a Paediatric caseload
* The ability to work autonomously out in the community whilst remaining part of our multi-disciplinary team
* A passion for delivering quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions
