Reporting to the Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for routine maintenance and rapid response to equipment issues, with the aim being to minimise downtime and improve plant reliability.Duties:Complete daily inspections of Port equipment and report on its conditionExecute required maintenance tasks relating to all port assets including the Rotary Car dumper, Stackers, Reclaimer, Conveyors, Screen House & Ship LoaderEnsure adequate materials and supplies are available to effectively perform the required tasksComplete Maintenance Work Orders electronically via the Roy Hill Computerised Maintenance System (CMMS) SAPProvide guidance and training to apprentices, new starters and contractorsSkills and experience:Completion of mechanical trade apprenticeshipPrior experience in the mining and resources industryCurrent WA Drivers Licence, Unrestricted C ClassStrong trouble shooting and problem-solving capabilityAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia’s Pilbara region.We are a company where people matter.
