Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with Daily Office Operations: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and ensure the smooth running of daily office tasks, including maintaining office supplies.
* Reception Duties: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, providing a professional first point of contact for customers and clients.
* Internal Audits: Coordinate and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Liaison with Sales Team: Collaborate with the Sales team to produce certificates and reports for completed work
* Bid Contracts
* External Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including toolbox meetings, take minutes, and circulate action items.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a building or construction firm.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
