Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead impact assessments across new projects and programs of work where you will be responsible for leading the change management strategy, plan and execution for field service delivery systems across asset management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering projects in the utilities industry specifically within blue collar environments where you have been working with field workforce planners and executed technology initiatives to field staff. Key responsibilities and duties include: Define the change and communication strategy, plan and executing delivery (hands on experience would be required) for key enterprise applications and business processes including complex work ordering systems and processes Deliver key change related activities including training materials and sessions Strong stakeholder and business engagement skills will be required for this position from senior management to field services. There will be regular travel required to Sydney during the delivery phase.
