Your expertise in technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and platform support will ensure the reliable recording, secure storage, and accessibility for internal documents. Key Responsibilities: System Support & Maintenance: Manage and troubleshoot the Recording & Transcription platform, supporting courtroom recording equipment, recording software, and our Azure environment. Incident Response: Swiftly investigate and resolve issues to maintain service levels and minimise downtime. Technical Hardware Support: Oversee recording servers and portable recording kits, ensuring all hardware is functional and accessible. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates on problem resolutions to clients and internal management. System Configuration & Monitoring: Configure, install, monitor, and manage ICT environments with technical expertise. Continuous Improvement: Refine routine system checks and recommend platform infrastructure enhancements to support our critical recording needs. About You: Expertise in Microsoft Platforms: Skilled in administering Azure and on-premises infrastructure, with a commitment to meeting high service levels. Experience in IT Application Support: Background in critical service environments, familiar with ITIL practices and a drive for continuous improvement. Technical Knowledge of Court Systems: Experience with courtroom technology and procedures, or a willingness to quickly develop this knowledge.
