About the Role Join us as a Customer Service Agent for Public Transport Victoria and enjoy a unique dual role. You'll provide expert assistance in our busy contact center and deliver valuable face-to-face support at key locations such as Southern Cross Station and Station Pier in Port Melbourne. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound queries from users of the Victorian Public Transport network. You will be tasked with responding to queries regarding the Journey Planner product and will be providing journey planner information. As you progress within the role you will handle more complex queries involving complaints. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set. Join our team to become an essential part of Victoria's public transport system At our hubs, you'll provide a 'one-stop shop' for customers, offering accurate information and support. This includes assisting international visitors arriving at Station Pier in Port Melbourne and traveling to various locations on short notice. Your key responsibilities will be providing public transport directions, myki sales/top-ups, general public transport information, and timetable assistance. Key Details Commencing 14th April 2025 Hybrid working model post training Paid Training Multiple casual positions are available. Enjoy rotating rosters from Monday - Sunday between 6am - 12am. Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance Regional Travel - Must be able to travel to various locations around regional Victoria and greater Melbourne this may include overnight stay.
