About the Role To continue this commitment, we are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and highly capable Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our ongoing commitment to food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Administer the Approved Supplier program Participate in both internal and external audits Develop, manage, and control internal documentation Perform Quality Control inspections in line with set schedules Inspect, test, and assess raw materials, in-process materials, dry goods, and finished products according to approved specifications Ensure all products meet food safety standards through HACCP processes Conduct root cause analysis for quality-related issues Investigate and report non-conformances and customer complaints Manage the hold and release processes for finished products About You We’re looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
