Salary Range From $76k p.a - $115k p.a (pro-rata for part-time), commensurate with experience. This role will be paid in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Employees Award 2020. Salary Packaging Available Not for Profit Salary Package up to $15,990 per annum each FBT year - further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 per annum. A key difference within this role is that you are claiming 70% of your time with the other 30% left for personal development, administrative tasks and team support. Ongoing Support Available We offer regular individual and peer supervision with our skilled and experienced Occupational Therapists and broader allied health team focusing on learning, developing and growing within a supportive environment. Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to support our multi-disciplinary team at genU. Your hours for this role are flexible to suit your availability. In this role, you will provide support to children from 0-18 in their preferred environments, complete relevant assessments and reports, collaborate with care teams and supports, and develop meaningful and engaging support plans using strengths-based, family and person-centred practice. You will work holistically and flexibly with the participant and their families with the purpose of building capacity within all activities of daily living, play, sensory and emotional regulation, and community engagement.
