Role and Responsibilities:
As a Speech Pathologist with us, you will:
* Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
* Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, ranging from children to adults, in a variety of settings including our clinic, schools, and community centers.
* Collaborate with a MDT to ensure holistic and effective client care.
* Engage with families and caregivers, offering guidance, support, and education to maximise therapy outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Demonstrated experience in Speech Pathology.
* The right to live and work in Australia.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in practice.
* Residential position only. Not FIFO.
* First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
* Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
* National Police Clearance - within 3 months (or willing to obtain).
