* Oversee and coordinate all on-site electrical activities across the project life-cycle to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and manage construction schedules, resources, and budgets related to electrical works.
* Supervise and manage contractors, ensuring compliance with project standards and statutory requirements.
* Perform the role of an Appointed Person (Schedule 26), ensuring adherence to safety protocols and electrical regulations.
* Oversee HV Switching operations and ensure all electrical isolation procedures are conducted safely and efficiently.
* Monitor work progress, conduct inspections, and ensure high-quality standards across installations and commissioning.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation, aligning with the project's decolonisation goals.
* Manage documentation, including work packs, technical reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to site teams and junior staff.

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Superintendent with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the mining and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale, heavy electrical installations within both Contractor and Owners' teams.

* WA Electrical License and HV Switching qualifications (preferred).
* Strong understanding of mining operations, construction methodologies, and electrical safety standards.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams effectively.
* Experience working on decolonisation initiatives or sustainability-focused projects is a plus.
* A hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues.
