Your day will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, offering expert advice on clinical standards, and actively participating in service development initiatives. You'll mentor and supervise junior dietitians and students, fostering their growth while leading clinical training and competency development. Engaging in strategic discussions with operational leaders, you'll drive change management processes that enhance service quality and clinical practices.
