If you're a dedicated Psychologist seeking a warm, collaborative environment, we'd love to welcome you to a well-established practice on Brisbane's north side.
The clinic, featuring a collection of spacious therapy rooms, full administrative support, and two charming therapy dogs, offers a unique setting where clients and staff feel truly cared for.
What are the benefits of working here?
This team is more than just colleagues — they're a close-knit group with a shared commitment to helping others.
The Director, also a Psychologist, understands the importance of flexibility and will tailor your role to suit your needs, offering either a salaried or contractor position with hours that work for you.
You'll receive full administrative support, marketing to local referrers, and the chance to pursue your specific clinical interests.
The culture here is built on three core values: collaboration, friendliness, and approachability.
They believe in supporting each other, with casual peer supervision available from three STAP supervisors and can offer structured supervision for Clinical Registrars.
Plus, they make time each week for a team catch-up in the Director's office — food included!
And of course, the therapy dogs play a key role.
These trained pups are cherished by clients, offering emotional support during sessions for those who request it.
They've earned their own reputation and following, with benefits that are undeniably heart-warming.
There's nothing like seeing the calming effect a dog can have on clients who struggle with the therapeutic process.
What will make your application successful?
Qualifications and AHPRA registrations as a General or Clinical Psychologist (Clinical Registrars also welcomed!)
Experience working with adults and young people, providing therapy in a compassionate, effective manner.
A personable approach that fosters trust, warmth, and professionalism in all interactions.
