We take pride in providing our clientele with advanced lighting solutions, including Digital Displays, Architectural Lighting, LED Screens, Digital Retail Signage, Outdoor Media, Entertainment Lighting, Control Systems & Networking.Your role:You will be part of our dynamic marketing team, working with us on creating commercial B2B marketing campaigns for a large portfolio of technology brands we represent.You will be responsible for:Playing a key role in enhancing the company’s digital presence through effective design and UX principles.Designing compelling graphics & visual content for digital platforms – websites, online portal, social media, EDMs, digital advertising.Developing interactive visuals to boost engagement amongst our B2B customers.Utilizing AI insights to enhance content relevance and effectiveness across different platforms.Producing promotional videos and multimedia presentations, editing and retouching photos for digital use.Writing engaging captions, posts & blogs for various platforms that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.Scheduling and publishing content on our social media channels.Preparation of project visuals & submissions.Collaborating with the marketing team on various creative projects.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a digital designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating web assets, landing pages and digital content across various platforms.Proven experience in applying UX / UI principles to web and mobile design.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong understanding of branding principles & corporate identity, and the ability to incorporate them into all design work.Understanding of SEO and SEM principles and how they relate to design.Strong focus on user experience & customer journey.Good knowledge of web design principles and responsive design, familiarity with HTML and CSS to make simple frontend changes.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.Experience in creating 3D designs would be advantageous.You will be based at our Queensland HQ in Arundel, Gold Coast.
