This opportunity is part of the IDL Segment Technology Solution Services where our vision is to deploy technology that delight our customers and enable markets to accelerate digital adoptionThe Sr Mgr-Digital Tech Lead reports into the Director-Digital Platform Lead and responsible for the development, support and services of the digital platform.
The Digital Tech Lead partners with the vendors and Commercial Products and Platforms teams to craft and deliver the solutions to the markets and segment.The Tech Lead is responsible for the readiness of capabilities and services of the systems within the group ensuring they are secure and standardized and can be easily consumed by the markets.
Ensuring the solution and standard processes are consistently applied across all markets.Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including market representatives, deployment teams, and development teamsLead the readiness assessment of digital platforms and productsDevelop and implement global processes, policies, and standards for digital solutionsProvide training and support to teams on new digital solutions and processesCollaborate with Product and segment teams to align digital solutions with business objectives and market needsCoordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital solutionsIdentify and analyse potential risks associated with digital solutions and implement strategies to mitigate themEnsure the quality of digital solutions by establishing and monitoring quality standards and metricsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovationMonitor the performance of digital solutions and processes to ensure they meet established goals and benchmarksOversee the allocation and management of resources to support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutionsQualifications:Proficient technical leader with hands-on development and deployment experienceExcellent communication skills to organize trainings and handover activities across various technology and business stakeholdersExperience collaborating with team members across a complex and global matrix organisational structureExperience working on projects that span multiple organisations, geographies and business unitsExperience in Agile product development and deploymentDeep understanding of digital ecommerce in quick service restaurants industryInsights into the newest technology and development trendsExperience handling technical priorities and delivering strategic initiativesActive coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and improve team membersAdditional Information:McDonald's is an equal opportunity employer committed to the diversity of our workforce.
