Launch Recruitment are seeking an IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience providing Level 2 support within an MSP environment. You will be supporting multiple customers in this role and must be comfortable working across the whole MS tech stack.As an integral technical resource in the team, your role is to provide hands-on technical support for multiple customers. You will troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance, roll out new tech and proactively identify potential problems before they impact the customer's operations. You will need excellent customer services skill and a broad technical understanding to succeed in a fast paced environment.
