Key Responsibilities
* Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google.
* Strategic Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to boost ROAS, revenue, and profitability.
* Client Partnership: Manage client expectations and cultivate strong relationships with them as their primary point of contact.
* Team Collaboration: Work with in-house teams to coordinate specialized services, including creative, content, and email marketing.
* Performance Reporting: Provide insightful, actionable reports on campaign performance.
Skills & Competencies
* Platform Proficiency: Strong experience in Google Ads.
* Analytical Mindset: Skilled in GA4, performance metrics, and interpreting complex data for targeted optimizations.
* Budget Management: Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $30K to $200K+.
* Client Relations: Proven ability to manage and foster client relationships.
* Attention to Detail: High precision in campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing management.
* Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills for delivering insights clearly to both clients and internal teams.
What You Bring
* 2-4 years in a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads.
* A focus on results, with attention to metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
