Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor Full-time State: TAS Job Status: Full Time Our organisation is growing! We are looking for dynamic, driven Rehabilitation Consultants to join our friendly, community-based team. This full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life. Responsibilities: Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments. Medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management services. Rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling. Vocational assessments. Minimum Requirements: Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA. Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (Highly desired but not essential ). Excellent communication and time management skills. A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done. Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance. Current driver's license and vehicle. Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways. The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
