This role involves ensuring compliance across all processes, collaborating with business units to improve project delivery, and providing oversight to align projects with policies and strategic goals for effective asset management. About the Role Foster partnerships with business units to improve project management and continuous improvement skills. Oversee project systems, documentation, and ensure timely handling of project information. Update the PMO Intranet with relevant resources, templates, and process improvements. Support Project Managers in plan management and monitor cross-project dependencies. Review project statuses, manage risks and issues, and prepare materials for key meetings. About You Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management, with certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar recognized qualification. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office applications. Strong experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and facilitating workshops. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with desirable knowledge of Agile Project Management and process mapping.
